CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
All products are dispatched from the UK and could potentially incur local import taxes or customs duties. Bijoux Heaven provides DHL with all necessary shipping details upon dispatch, and any extra duties or taxes will be determined and collected by DHL upon delivery.
Please be aware that Bijoux Heaven cannot be held responsible for order delays due to customs clearance issues at the destination.

PROCESSING TIME
For shipments within the UK, we provide a Next Day service (excluding weekends). Items shipped to other parts of the world will typically arrive within 7-10 business days, pending any necessary customs clearance, as indicated below.* We use DHL for all international shipments.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
Bijoux Heaven endeavours to keep its product listings current. In the unlikely scenario of a delivery failure resulting from a discrepancy in live inventory, Bijoux Heaven will cancel the order and provide a complete refund.
Additionally, it's important to note that local regulations may restrict the import of items crafted from exotic materials.
