Refund policy

All Sales Final. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. 

Domestic purchases made online for goods listed in our site can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase should they arrive to be not as described, or defective. International sales are final. 

Please note we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.

The item(s) must be returned back in the same condition it was received in. The item must not show any sign of additional wear if it is a pre-loved item or brand new. 

Bijoux Heaven is not liable to cover the cost of your return, we request you make any return via a tracked and insured delivery service with appropriate packaging.
